The pages below describe the places where much of our work takes place, with notes on the kinds of drainage and housing we tend to find there. They are not a complete list. If your town does not appear, that does not mean we cannot help.

The quickest way to check is to call 07799 153198 or send your postcode through the contact form. Tell us roughly what the problem is at the same time, so we can tell you straight away whether we can attend and what the visit is likely to involve.

It helps to say whether the problem is urgent, such as water backing up inside, or something that can be planned, such as a survey or a repair after earlier footage. That lets us arrange the visit sensibly.

Every one of our drainage services is available across the areas we cover, from unblocking and jetting to camera surveys, patch repairs, relining and excavation. If you would like to understand your problem before getting in touch, our drainage guides cover common questions such as smells, blocked outside drains, roots and who is responsible for a shared pipe.

If you are a landlord, managing agent or business with property in more than one place, mention all the addresses when you get in touch. We can tell you which ones we can reach and plan visits together where that makes sense. Buyers arranging a survey on a property they do not yet own can also check coverage this way before contacting the seller or agent about access.
